Tititle: Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility "Handling Stress and Avoiding Burnout"
Date: 18 – 22 April 2016, Barcelona, Spain
Venue: El Observatorio
Target group: school and university employess
Specific objectives of the seminar are:
• Introduce holistic model of stress and raise understanding of stress causes, mechanisms and effects;
• Raise understanding of how stress impacts teaching ability;
• Provide the participants with practical tools for dealing with stress;
• Reduce the consequences of stress (such as poor health, absenteeism, lack of creativity, ineffective communication, inability to focus, more conflicts etc.) and develop healthy ways of dealing with everyday work demands;
• Prevent burn-out syndrome in educators;
• Enhance emotional self-awareness;
• Introduce practical tools for coping with difficult emotions;
• Improve the participants’ emotional balance;
• Help the participants to identify their stress triggers and emotional triggers at work context and come up with new, more resourceful strategies;
• Enhance in the participants the ability to relax;
• Broaden the understanding of health.

Requested trainer profile
Requirements:
• Fluent English;
• Flexibility as to schedule of work;
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail/level of quality and strong communication skills (written and verbal);
• Training experience – proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.);
• Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies;
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience specializing in Training & Development;
• Priority to those living in Barcelona,Spain.

Working conditions
The training course will take place from 18 to 21 (4 days) form 9:00 till 15:30 with one coffee break (11:00 - 11:30) and lunch (13:30 - 14:30) - total training hours (22 hours).
Trainer fee: 500
Food: pocket money for lunch
Team composition: Trainer and the training coordinator.
