Essential competencies
• Health background with Master’s Degree in Public Health, or equivalent experience in Health Projects.
• Proven experience in management of health projects and/or programs (minimum 3 years) both in emergency and development context (Malaria, TB, MNCH, HIV/AIDS).
• Proven tracks of success in project identification and in drafting proposal (minimum 2 years) with special focus on both emergency response and development.
• Proven experience in financial planning and accounting.
• Experience in M&E and reporting.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, management, teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Desirable competencies
• Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, to meet deadlines and good organization of project’s data and documents.
• Good coordination skills within a wide range of stakeholders (Donors, IPs, partners, coordination agencies, clusters, INGOs).
