• Previous experience in Albania, preferably in South Albania (Berat and Gjirokaster Regions);
• Be national of the European Union;
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken);
• Basic knowledge of Albanian;
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Desirable competencies
• Experience in project identification and proposal drafting;
• Master degree in fields related to the assignment;
• Experience in procurement procedures and financial reporting, and in communication and promotional initiatives;
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, to meet deadlines and keep the projects’ files and documents;
• Creativity and capacity to think out-ofthebox;
