Call for Trainers: "EVS learning Effect"
Polish NA of the Erasmus + Programme Youth is looking for 1 International Trainer (selected in this call) and 1 Polish trainer (selected in seperated national call)

Description
EVS learning Effect Training Course is planned to take place from 12.10 to 16.10.2016 in Konstancin Jeziorna near Warsaw. This training is dedicated to EVS project coordinators currently starting or in process of being a coordinator in at least one long term EVS project.
Aim & objectives:
• To focus on the learning effect of the EVS projects;
• To expand the knowledge of project coordinators on EVS matters;
• To share the experience of the participating countries and exchange good practices.
Target group: EVS coordinators currently involved in the EVS project, people with some experience as a EVS coordinators as well as beginners.
We expect to work with 25 participants, but the final number in determinated by the number of candidates who meets the criteria.

Requested trainer profile
Candidates shall:
• Have experience in non-formal education;
• Have experience and be interested in the topic of TC;
• Have at least 3 experiences as trainer in international training courses;
• Have knowledge about the European Voluntary Service;
• Have very good level of spoken and written English language.
Working conditions
The tasks of the trainers include the following:
• To be prepared before and actively attend the preparatory meeting (19-20.07.2016);
• To prepare and implement the training;
• To evaluate the training;
• To prepare the training's report together with the other trainer.
Trainer’s fee: 5 paid days (280 € per day)
• 3 working days during the training course;
• plus 2 days for preparation and evaluation (including individual and team preparation, prep-meeting, on-going and final evaluation directly after the training + final report; prep-meeting dates and final report are not extra paid);
• board, lodging and travel costs are covered by organiser.
Team composition
Team:
• 2 trainers, responsible for programme flow, methodology and final report (1 International trainer and 1 member of Polish Trainers’ Pool)
• 2 representatives of Polish NA, responsible for the organisational part of the training (concept, promotion of the training, recruitment of participants, logistics).
