Junior Program Officer
Country: Rwanda

Duty Station: Based in Kigali
Period: 6 month (July to December 2016)
Starting Date: 01/07/2016
Main objective: Support in the implementation of the DSP Program
Reporting to: DSP Project Manager
Specific duties:
Support to communication (90%)
• Translate and control documents from and to the DSP headquarter.
• Translate letters to and from sponsors to the children and vice versa.
• Update the DSP Tools.
Support to monitoring (10%)
• Monitoring field visit;
• Participate in every team meeting and produce minutes when required;
• Support to the management of the archive and statistical data;
• Preparation of documents and material for the initiatives accounts (report, archiving of supporting documents, etc.);
• Problem solving for particular cases.
Essential Requirement:
• degree in education or social and political science;
• knowledge of English and French;
• good communication skills.
