Administrative-Logistics Assistant

Duty station: Reggio Calabria
Duration: 3 months contract with possibility of extension based on performance and need

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative-Logistics Assistant will take full responsibility for outcomes, the quality and timeliness of logistics and administration aspects.

Administrative-Logistics Assistant is responsible for:
• Provide necessary support to the admin coordinator with complete administrative services.
• Assist the Procurement procedures in organizing competitive selection of a venue and services for the project activities;
• Assist in administrative and logistical arrangements for the project activities
• Assist administrative specialist in booking and purchasing of tickets, travel arrangements;
• Assist in maintenance of proper filing system for administrative documentation.
• Daily update information on receipts and ensure correctness of information on expiry dates, recipients, suppliers, and quantities.
• Conduct physical stock count every week.
• File all logistics related documents (packing slips, invoices, requests and other documents).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Economics and above;
• At least 2 years of practical work as project administrator;
• Experience working with non-profit organisation;
• Computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Good proficiency in English.
