Professional Experience:
• At least 5 years of previous experience in working with NGO or International Organization with increasing responsibility and at least 2 years working as Country Representative.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in working in the field of migration, fighting to trafficking and woman/children exploitation, rural development.
• Previous experiences in policy, advocacy & communication activities.
• Previous experience in writing Project Proposal and project management.
Education & Skills:
• Master degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Rural Development and equivalent.
• Good knowledge of policy and practices of Migration and social protection of women and children in particular with reference to fight trafficking and exploitation.
• Ability to assess needs and write new Project proposal.
• Strong networking abilities in dealing with stakeholders and in particular local authorities, institutions and donor at high performance level to promote development and implementation and implementation of social inclusion policies.
• Capacity to work in group and in a multicultural contest and negotiation/interpersonal skills, flexibility in cultural and organizational terms.
• Good organizational skills and capacity in managing own times and responsibilities.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian (compulsory) and English (compulsory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack.
Will constitute a plus: Previous professional experiences in Southern East Asia.
