Call for Trainers: V4 Seminar "Young People for Human Rights"

Polish Ministry of Education and FRSE - Polish National Agency of Erasmus+ Programme is looking for 1 facilitator/coordinator; 3 facilitators; 1 rapporteur.

Description

Seminar is organised in frame of Polish presidency in Visehrad cooperation. The subjects of the seminar are activies of young people in the field of Human Rights. The main objectives of the seminar are to present good practice from the represented countries and work on possible future developments.

Target group will consist of:
• Representatives of ministries in the field of youth;
• National coordinators of No Hate Speech Movement;
• Representatives of National Agencies of Erasmus+ Youth programme;
• Youth activists, especially representatives of National Youth Councils.

Participants will be from V4 and EaP Countries (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia).

Requested trainer profile

We are looking for:

1 facilitators/coordinator
who will facilitate the whole event and coordinate the team (3 facilitators and 1 rapporteur).

We are looking for a person who:
• Is experienced in facilitating international meetings for a target groups mentioned above;
• Is experienced in coordinating teams;
• Knows non-formal education event approach;
• Is able to work in English;
• Knowledge and experience in No Hate Speech Movement will be an asset;
• Knowledge of EU Neighbourhood policy and V4 cooperation will be an asset.

3 facilitators of the working groups who will facilitate one of the working groups in the 3 subjects:
1.
Human Rights in the digital environment.
2. Activation of young people in the field of Human Rights, in frame of civic society, especially youth organisations.
3. Cross-sectorial cooperation for supporting young people actions in the field of Human Rights.

We are looking for 3 people who:
• Are experienced in facilitating groups on the international level;
• Are experienced in work with the target groups mentioned above;
• Know non-formal education training/event approaches;
• Are able to work in English;
• Knowledge of EU Neighbourhood policy and V4 cooperation will be an asset;
• Knowledge of Human Rights movements, especially No Hate Speech Movement will be an asset.

1 rapporteur with a task to prepare a concise report from the event. It will be his/her duty to collect all the data from the working groups, study visits and the plenary part of the seminar.
We are looking for a person who:
• Is experienced in preparing report from similar international events;
• Knows non-formal education events approach;
• Is able to prepare the concise final report from the event;
• Is able to work in English;
• Experience in working at international meetings for a target group mentioned above will be an asset;
• Knowledge and experience in No Hate Speech Movement will be an asset;
• Knowledge of EU Neighbourhood policy and V4 cooperation will be an asset.

The whole team is expected to support the rapporteur in collecting the data for the report.


Working conditions
Facilitator/coordinator, group facilitators and rapporteur are expected to
• Attend the whole event (2 working days 22-23 February 2017 in Warsaw Poland, 21 February is an arrival day for participants, 24 February is a departure day for participants), if necessary come a day earlier for the last preparations;
• Attend the preparatory meeting (16-17 January 2017 in Warsaw, Poland).

Fee:
• 1200,00 EUR gross for facilitator/coordinator;
• 1000,00 EUR gross for each of group facilitators;
• 1000,00 EUR gross for a rapporteur.

Team composition
We are looking for listed above 1 facilitator/coordinator, 3 group facilitators and 1 rapporteur from Visehrad Coopration and Eastern Partnership countries (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia).
