Junior Program Officer – Internship

Period: 6 Months
Starting Date: 13 March
Main objective: Support in the implementation of the DSP Program in Rwanda
Reporting to: DSP PM
Specific duties:
Goal 1. Support to communication (90%)
• Translate and control documents from and to the DSP headquarter.
• Translate letters to and from sponsors to the children and vice versa.
• Update the DSP Tools.
Goal 2. Support to monitoring (10%)
• Monitoring field visit;
• Participate in every team meeting and produce minutes when required;
• Support to the management of the archive and statistical data;
• Preparation of documents and material for the initiatives accounts (report, archiving of supporting documents, etc.);
• Problem solving for particular cases.
Essential Requirement:
• Degree in education or social and political science.
• Knowledge of English and French.
• Good communication skills.
