• Excellent English language skills;
• Experience with facilitating events in the frame of youth sector and at least one of the three education sectors involved (schools, VET, HE);
• Prior experience in working as a trainer/facilitator in the international events organised by National agencies and/or SALTO Centres is not obligatory, but will be considered an asset.
Working conditions
• A two day preparatory meeting is foreseen for 7-8 March 2017 in Ljubljana.
• The facilitators are expected to be able to attend the preparatory meeting in its full duration.
• At the preparatory meeting, the facilitators are expected to participate actively and develop the programme of the seminar in line with the aims of the activity and other instructions of the organisers.
• The selected facilitators are expected to participate in the preparation meeting of two working days and in the activity of 2 working days (+ arrival and departure).
• The facilitators are also expected to submit a final report of the seminar (the structure of the report will be specified at the preparation meeting).
• Each facilitator will receive a fee of €280 per day (2 days of preparatory meeting, 2 days of activity and 1 day for the report), which adds up to €1400 per facilitator in total. (The amount represents gross amount, unless VAT is charged on top of it.).
• Travel costs will be reimbursed separately. Accommodation and food during the preparatory meeting and during the activity will as well be covered by the organisers.
Team composition
The programme of activities will be carried out by 2 (two) facilitators in consultation with the organisers from both agencies.
