• Designing and carrying out qualitative surveys aimed at assessing the impact of the activities.
• Training M&E officers and Area Managers on M&E tools, database use and data interpretation to improve data for decision making.
• Provide regular feedbacks to the Program Management based on the analysis of the quantitative and qualitative data collected at the area/country levels.
• Perform program quality assurance activities such as data quality audits, partners capacity assessments, mid-term and final reviews, field monitoring and evaluations.
• Provide technical feedback on the Consortium’s reports submitted to the donor.

Qualifications:
• University Degree in Management, Cooperation for Development or similar relevant degrees.
• At least 5 years of applied experience with humanitarian organizations in designing, implementing, reporting, monitoring and evaluating interventions focused on Education, Protection, PSS.
• Perfect acquaintance with the EU procedures (PRAG 2016).
• Demonstrated experience in database design and other information management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Access, Excel, Word processing, Power Point.
• Proficiency in statistical packages (SPSS).
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Arabic is an asset.
• Only applications from holders of passports allowing easy entry into the countries of operation will be considered.
• Priority will be given to applicants with previous working experiences in Middle East Countries.
