• Participation to the development of the Admin and Procedural tools at the Delegation level, when required.
• Supporting the Delegation in the registration process with the relevant authorities, if needed
Other tasks upon request of the PM, or Delegate, when needed.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree, and preferably post-graduate university degree in Business and Administration or alike.
• Perfect acquaintance with main donors (ECHO-UN-EU- Italian Cooperation) procedures.
• At least 4 years of experience as administrator in an NGO, of which at least 3 spent abroad; previous experience in Middle East is a strong asset.
• Sound experience and knowledge of effective financial and budgetary control and grant management.
• Proven experience with using financial or accounting software (previous experience with SAGA is an asset) and sound knowledge of double entry accounting.
• Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
• Previous proven experience in developing a team, and ability to lead, motivate and develop others’ skills.
• Sound oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic is an asset; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills, precision, rapidity, dependability and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness and capacity to be flexible and patient when challenged by difficult and frustrating working conditions.
• Prepared to live and work in an uncertain security environment.
