Junior Program Officer – Rwanda
Country: Rwanda
Closing Date: 23th of July 2017
Duty Station: Kigali, Rwanda
Period: 6 Months
Starting Date: 15th of September 2017
Main objective: Support in the implementation of the DSP Program in Rwanda
Reporting to: DSP PM
Specific duties:
Goal 1 – SUPPORT TO COMMUNICATION (90%);
• Translate and control documents from and to the DSP headquarter;
• Translate letters to and from sponsors to the children and vice versa;
• Update the DSP Tools.
Goal 2 – SUPPORT TO MONITORING (10%)
• Monitoring field visit;
• Participate in every team meeting and produce minutes when required ;
• Support to the management of the archive and statistical data;
• Preparation of documents and material for the initiatives accounts (report, archiving of supporting documents, etc.);
• Problem solving for particular cases.
Essential Requirement:
• Degree in education or social and political science;
• Knowledge of English and French;
• Good communication skills.
