VIDEO: Passenger Rights – Message by Violeta Bulc, EU Commissioner for Transport

As temperatures rise throughout Europe, you may be planning to get away for a few days; be it to discover a new destination or meet up with family and friends. But no matter the time of year, your reason for travelling, or preferred mode of transport, the EU has put in place a set of passenger rights that can give you protection against delays, cancellations, luggage lost and many other common issues when travelling.

In this video, European Commissioner for Transport, Violeta Bulc, outlines how the European Commission is working on making sure that European passengers can fully benefit from their rights in all EU countries and she presents the new easy-to-use EU Passenger Rights App.
