NA Poland is looking for 3 trainers (1 PL + 1 Programme Countries+ 1 EEAC).

Description


Delivering high quality mobility is a key driver of the Erasmus+ programme and for those responsible for implementing KA1 mobility projects across Europe.

Successful implementation of mobility also depends on aspects like management, mentoring, risk prevention, encouraging participants to be active and self-aware of the learning process. That is why PL NA continues seminar Quality Matters. This time we will focus on the implementation phase and on all the factors that have to be taken into consideration to reach project objectives and ensure they are in line with Erasmus+ programme aims.

With this in mind the main objective of the Quality Matters seminar will be to create a space for sharing knowledge, experience and best practice in implementing mobility projects.

Therefore we would like participants from Erasmus+ School education, VET and Youth to participate in the seminar to explore tools and share best practice in order to improve the quality of their future mobility projects and ensure they reach the objectives of Erasmus+ programme in general.

The seminar will specifically focus on the following issues:
• Project management – quality aspects;
• Mentoring and risk prevention;
• Mobility as a learning process.

With the specific aims:
• to identify what are the key factors for successful implementation of the project,
• to identify differences and similarities between sectoral approaches to mobility, support,
• to transfer best practices and tools between sectors,
• to promote mobility as a learning process.

When? 5-8 June 2018 (covered 2017 TCA).

Requested trainer profile
• experienced in at least 2 sectors of Erasmus+ Programme: AE, SE, VET, Youth - having experience in delivering trainings for these sectors on international level,
• organizing mobility projects financed by these sectors is an advantage,
• experienced in international team working&networking,
• knowing non-formal education training/event approaches,
• excellent knowledge English (B2/C1) is mandatory.

Working conditions

Trainers are expected to:
• attend full seminar, if necessary come a day earlier for the last preparations attend preparatory visit 7-8 March 2018,
• participate actively and develop the programme of the seminar in line with the aims of the activity and other instructions of the organisers,
• prepare the final report from the event.

Fee: 1 620,00 EUR per trainer (3 working days+ 3 days preparation+extended raport).

Team composition 3 trainers (1 PL + 1 Programme Countries+ 1 EEAC).

20 December 2017.
