10 - SEMINAR ABOUT EUROPE PROGRAMMING AND YOUTH INITIATIVES FOR THE GENERATION NETWORK (EN)

The European programmes and initiatives represent an improvement in the quality and innovation in services for youth, which affects the knowledge and participation of young people and youth technicians responsible for its dissemination. The needs and demands of youth activities require increasingly demanding and more precisely to achieve greater social integration of youth in general and youth at risk and social exclusion.
The Youth in Action program is the program created for young people which aims to promote active citizenship among young people, solidarity, understanding, improve the quality of systems to support youth activities, as well as European cooperation in the field of youth.
Considering the importance of youth participation and concern for improving services, the Provincial Council of Valladolid proposed a draft framed within the sub-action 4.3. Training projects and networking youth workers and youth organisations belonging to action 4. Support Systems Youth, which aims to support the training of workers active in youth and youth organizations, especially the exchange of experiences, knowledge and good practices and activities that could lead to quality projects are long-term , Partnerships and networking projects.
The Provincial Council of Valladolid seeks to launch a European Seminar development of youth programmes for the generation networks whose main objective is to promote action strategies for youth in Europe through an area of knowledge transfer, training and best practices.
The specific objectives of Seminar are:
- Knowing the work they do youth organisations in Europe.
- To exchange experiences and methodologies for developing youth programs that can serve as an European initiative.
- Provide a scenario relations for the generation of potential European networks of cooperation and youth participation.
- Promote awareness of good practices in policy development and multilateral strategies for the momentum of European policies and strategies active participation of youth in rural areas.
- Generate tools for innovation and quality in the training processes and project management young Europeans.
- Outline and agree on strategies for working with rural youth between the different actors active in the European regions of the project.
