Here is the summary of the project:
The aim of the project is to share good examples carried out in partner countries on integration of mentally retarded in vocational education. It's planned to create a common view with regard to improving education of mentally retarded who are disadventagous in the society and improving their integration in vocational education and achieving common results during workshops. It is anticipated to examine the educational materials, regulations , plans , programmes and methods used in education of mentall retarded people.In partner countries starting from pre-school education especially until vocational training. It is planned to carried a "good application set" as the result of these studies.the knowledge to the share at the end of the project will provide improvements in training of mentally retarded people who are disadventageous in vocational training. Moreover qualifications of the partner participants on vocational training and vocational guidance which is the basic of job market in European will improve.
About Our School: ISMET INÖNÜ VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Project Experiences : Our school is quite experienced in LDV mobility projects in Lifelong Learning Programme and Youth exchanges in Youth in Action Programme.We have been in EU projects actively since 2004. 90 percent of our students are girls. Up to now we have succeeded in a lot of different educational programs from the foundation of our school. We have got projects and partnerships with all the women and family associations in our city. Our school organizes different kinds of educational programmes from 3 years to 60 years with a large age rank. We believe that our school which has permanent contacts with the institutions will make successful projects in near future.
