Discuss this project with the observation of art educators, the
development of creativity, technical and hardware in place to review the various applications, knowledge transfer, cultural interaction is aiming at an international bridge. Different languages, cultures, ideas can meet, whether the experience of differences tOf trainers for the transfer of knowledge/teaching from the new experiences and sharing them, the new generation to the era of art education are expected to provide close.
Aims:
This project includes Ondokuzmayis university educators and students (Fine Art Department),participants will contribute a certain quality to the world of the EU market as they will have some training and do apprenticeship improving their professional knowledge and gaining practical skills. Thanks to this Project the beneficiaries will learn living in different cultures and also working with different people from different cultures. And this will also cause them to improve their foreign language more .Beside this it is also aimed that they can adapt the education system in Europe Standard and with the apprenticeship they will have done they can be employed
and they can be encouraged in the way of investment to sufficiency and knowledge of social heritage. To support the vocational training that the beneficiaries will get they are going to be given a certificate and an achievement documentary when they have fulfilled their apprenticeship .As the half of the participants are young girls there will be equal opportunity both in the vocational training and the Project. Our target is to guide the girls into the vocational trainings and business world. The disabled participants who hard continue studying because of their handicaps will also be encouraged to have a vocational training in Europe standards and apprenticeship there to improve their self-reliance.
