We have a comenius project and we are searching for last minute school. We are now Turkey, Italy and Romania... and Turkey is a coordinator school. Project is ready to send NA and I am sending you summary . Ceylanpinar is a district of Sanliurfa which is located in the south-east of Turkey. We know that in this district successful male and female students in the schools join to the trips. But Sanliurfa is the biggest city for the mothers of these students who are not able to go out this city in all their life. Therefore, We want these mothers to take trip and let them see other countries & cities and make our own culture well-known in other countries. Especially 20 students who are studying in our school and their mothers will be involved in this project.We also want to house 20 students and their mothers in our district and introduce our culture to other countries.
The aims of our project are :
- To create an awareness about that mother has an important place in our social life.
- To help them to see different life styles in different areas and to take active role to provide beter life for the new generations by seing the social status of the woman in different countries
- To share the cultural & traditional features by preparing fair.
- To provide money gotten from the fair will be used in the sake of schools development.
The objectives of the project:
- To provide the needs of the women who live in the area of social work
- To be first in such a project for women in the city.
- To assist mothers who they don’t have chances to go outside of the city to see other worlds
- To make men accept women’s power in these activitites.
- To have thoughts of that mothers in this project will enlight the future so to enlight the future indirectly.
- To assist the female students have chances to go to school by providing income from fairs.
