"d.kommer business development & intercultural personnel development" is an Austrian SME working in the field of intercultural business consulting, specialized in central and eastern Europe. we work within an international network of experts and have as well permanent as freelancer staff in our own company.
We focus on
- intercultural personnel development (human resource management);
- organizational development and intercultural change management;
- consulting (e.g. start ups) & strategic coaching;
- training and adult education, among others with unemployed in the field of career guidance;
- development / design of training courses and train-the-trainer
courses and postgraduate university programs.
We do national and international projects in various fields - at the moment. We are partners or coordinators in the following EU-funded projects:
