The first period is to give to the Volunteer the possibility to adapt himself, to insert him in the reality of the Cooperative and to
give him a formation of base on the language. After it follows the real insertion. In the concrete to the volunteers it will be asked to participate in active way in the different circles operative of the Cooperative:
- daily services: office, cleanings of the places;
- help in the organization of the activity: social housing, retrieval information, creation of database, reception in Casa a Colori;
help in the administrative activities: material preparation for the partners, promotion of the activity of the Cooperative, promotion of the activities of fund raising;
- share to the activities developed in collaboration with other corporate body and cooperatives: the volunteer will help the
operators in the preparation of the meetings, of the material and in the promotion of the same;
- the volunteer will be involved in the activities that the cooperative organizes for promoting its own activities ;
- in base to the curiosity, the wish, and in accord with the operators of the Cooperative, the volunteers are guests to propose activity over whether to follow specific projects.
