Summary:
Workshop on self-directed learning: take a proactive role in your own development! You will be in charge of your own learning experience, we'll be here to support you and provide you with all kinds of learning opportunities.
Details:
Self-directed learning means that you decide what you want to learn, how you wish to learn, what kind of support you need and when you have learned enough. It makes you fully responsible of your learning process. Normally a trainer or a teacher would decide all of this for you, we won’t do that. The workshop will take place from January 31st until February 5th 2011. On those days you will design your own learning experience together with 17 other participants and 3 learning facilitators. We will have a creative learning space at our disposal and you will be able to travel in the Netherlands to visit places & people that interest you. We will prepare the course program online together with you!
