Yalova Youth TEMA is making a new project about environment next summer. Start date of project is 15th July 2011 until 22nd July 2011. We need participants for this Project. If you are interested please send us part III. Which must be signed, stamped (if possible) and scanned (also attached) to by email, the Originals should be sent immediately after sending scans to the postal address.
Description of Project:
The Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Prection of Natural Habitats ( TEMA ) was founded in 1992. Yalova Youth Tema has continued own activities since 2006 in Yalova Representative Office. In this Project, young people of different cultures get together around the same problem. Maybe we have different language, different colours and different cultures, but global warming is common problem for all of us.
Youth is a serious capacity of Europe. Even thought youth is future of Europe. Lots of indicators show that our world is face to face environmental problems which are take root from human. If we solve the awareness problem we can solve kind of environmental problems as well. This project has prepared for to increase youth awareness about environment and active citizenship. We will find the answers of these questions: How important is environment, what we can do for the keep the environment, results of unconscious mistake. We will underline the importance of solidarity at all the activities. During the programme there will be sport activities that can suitable for natural atmosphere. Like biking, tracking and swimming. It is aiming to do team work activities.
