1. Festival’s theme: Conflict Management
2. Festival’s sections:
- vocal performance
- art and decorative art
- photography
- film
- dance
- PPT
- creative writing (essay, poetry)
3. Participation requirements:
- This contest is addressing to students from schools and high-schools.
- Age groups:
• students from VI-VIII grade (12-14 years);
• students from IX-XI grade (15-17 years);
- Each student can participate with a number of maximum 2 creations for each section.
- Each teacher can participate with a number of maximum 5 students.
Rules of participation for VOCAL PERFORMANCE section
Period of registration and forwarding: 1 December 2010 – 15 February 2011
1.A song from the national or international repertoire, or an own creation on the theme of conflict/ communication/ discrimination is required.
2.The song will be recorded in audio format, with an artistic video or the song’s video recording atached.
3.It will be chosen the forwarding:
a. by mail, on a digital support (CD or DVD), with the completed registration form, at the address:

b. By uploading the video on http://www.youtube.com, and after that sending the link and the completed registration form by e-mail at the address [email protected] . Don’t forget writing at the message subject „MUSIC”.
Rules of participation for ART AND DECORATIVE ART section
Period of registration and forwarding: 1 December 2010 – 15 February 2011
Theme: CONTRASTS
- Sections:
a. Painting, graphics, decorative arts
b. Functional objects projects (shirt/badge/mug personalisation)
c. Ambiental projects
- Format works: 35/50 cm or 50/70 cm

Rules of participation for FILM section
Period of registration and forwarding: 1 December 2010 – 15 February 2011
1.Video recordings of a movie, a play or an animation on the conflict/communication/discrimination theme are accepted.
2. Video length: between 5 and 15 minutes.
3.It will be chosen the forwarding:
a. by mail, on a digital support (CD or DVD), with the completed registration form, at the address:
