We will host you for 5 days for 12,13,14,15,16,17 nights of June. Extra nights will be in your responsibility. 3 meals a day will be included and will be paid by hosting organization.
Main topics:
The main aims and objectives for the TCoT will be focus on the following issues:
• Definition of team and group;
• Why and for what working with team;
• Roles, cheats and believes of teamwork;
• New approaches and theories of teamwork;
• Values of teamwork;
• Philosophies of teamwork;
• Conflict resolution;
• Heisenhower – time management TCoT also provides an opportunity to meet possible partner groups and to make contacts in other countries.
Profile of participants:
• Youth leader, youth workers, young people interested in the issue ‘teamwork’;
• Motivated in developing further youth participation;
• Able to work in English;
• Aged between 18-30 years(exceptions possible);
• Located in EU Countries.
Reimbursment:
You will receive %70 of the travel expenses (cheapest way and no-business flight) and %100 of your visa costs at the end of Training Course according to your participation in Euro.
