Target group(s):
Learners with fewer opportunities. We are therefore encouraging applications of 3 learners (with fewer opportunities) and one support learner from the same organisation.
Expected number of participants: 25.
Main activities / programme of the Workshop: Photography and creative media
Expected outputs (especially in terms of the learning outcomes for the participants):
• Participants will learn more about their creative abilities through media and photography;
• Participants will learn skills to use these mediums;
• Participants will discover creative uses for these technologies;
• Participants will experience self directed exploratory learning as well as learning from others;
• Participants will gain a wider intercultural awareness of different uses of media and photography and recognise that they have entered into informal learning.
Costs:
Travel Subsistence and Programme costs will be met by Everything is Possible.
Practical arrangements (including detailed information on the accommodation):
Participants will be accommodated in a training hotel in West Yorkshire, in the North of England where they will take some of the meals and do some of the the workshop sessions. Accommodation will be for 2 same sex learners sharing a bedroom. Some days will be spent in other venues to make use of media and photography equipment. Participants will be transferred by minibus. All international travel will be booked by Everything’s Possible on behalf of participants
