The Training will cover the development of the competences needed for a youth worker who has a role and responsibilities in the area of preventing risks and management of crisis situations during youth projects.
There will be different themes as :
• Management differences;
• Risk Management:
• Conflict management , the main component in the mediation;
• Management of personal data.
The community founding will provide :
• Transport of the participants in 70 % reimbursement;
• Accommodation/food and supplies;
• Training services.
The participants will obtain at the end of the TC a Youth Pass certificate , assuring them in this way a plus of visibility of competences acquired / practiced during the course. It is recommended that the participants of the Training Module to have the minimum age of 18. Each of the promoting organizations will book 50% of the places for youths with few opportunities ( youths from remote geographical areas and/or youths who face economic issue). The project will be applied at the Romanian NA.
To apply for this Project you have to do 2 things:
• Send the part III agreement filled, stamped and scanned by mail.
• Send the original part III by post.
