In a new series of articles, a European region will come under the spotlight each week on the website of Commissioner Hahn.
The articles will look at the region's situation and priorities, the way EU regional funding is being used, as well as project examples.
The first "region of the week" is Voralberg, Austria's westernmost region, which Commissioner Hahn will be visiting on 24-25 March.
