Summary:
We discuss climate justice with experts, testimonies and policymakers. We exchange experiences in political mobilisation and action, ask for real solutions and take action!
Target group:
Trainers, Young people, Youth leaders climate activists.
For participants from: Youth in Action Programme Countries.
Group size: 40 participants.
Details:
Young climate activists from the Young Friends of the Earth network and others meet for 8 days full of discussion, exchange, method sharing, networking and Action! We want to motivate ourselves, more young people, as well as local and EU politicians to stand up for climate justice. Therefore we will get input from experts and testimonies from affected regions. We will exchange our views with decision makers at the conference and on the local and EU-level. We will take action at the conference and in the follow-up at the European Council on Energy and Climate and the UN-conference in Durban/South Africa in December.
Costs: 10 € participants' fee.
