Objectives
Detailed objectives of the training are as follows:
• Providing technical knowledge and skills about applications relevant to the implementation of network;
• Providing technical knowledge and skills about applications relevant to the implementation of various new ICT applications (such as social networks, intranets, etc);
• Transmitting and enhancing expertise;
• Training about network rules, activities and tools to be used.
• Social networks development;
• Collecting didactic materials to support the learning process;
• Accessing to ITC applications;
• Cooperating and learning in multinational and intercultural context;
• Sharing experiences;
• Exchanging examples of good practice.
The training on network development will be useful to find new ways of traditions adaptation to globalisation era and to contribute to the promotion of European citizenship and project innovation. Learning materials and instruments produced will be an important contribution to teaching and to learning development in each partnership context and at European level. The organizations will be greatly gratified from the professional work that the future trained learners will provide both in terms of employee or as a consultant: the use of network tools will be very important in these structures to promote the activities and the opportunities.
Follow-up
The evaluation and monitoring will be summative and obviously will take account of global judgments on the activities undertaken by highlighting all the experiences realised during the project: the summative assessment will be published on the web portal of the association to remain useful for future heritage. Finally, in a after-project phase, the coordinator will try to monitor the participants to see how many beneficiaries with the skills acquired during the project in-service training, will be effectively able to use the network tools explained. As a result of the training course the participants will be invited to participate in a network to improve the capacities of their organisms: to this aim after the course the participants will continue to receive coordinator indications in using the network software and other tools (newsletters, etc.) for their own educational work, in their own schools as well as in partnership work
Language
The training course will be realised in English language.
Target group
The target group for the course is composed by:
• Teachers (Pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, adult, special needs);
• Teacher trainers;
• Careers officers, educational guides and counsellors;
• Inspectors;
• Headteachers/principals/managers of schools/organisations offering adult education;
• Other (Paid or voluntary) management staff in the institution/organisation;
• Non-teaching administrative staff;
• Members of students/teachers councils in adult education.
Course fee and registration
Course fee: 1350 Euro of which 600 Euro for accommodation and meals and 750 Euro for training course and materials
You may apply to your LLP National Agency for a Grundtvig grant to cover completely the cost of the training course, as described below.
How to become the participant of the course step by step:
• Send us an email that you would like to participate in the course.
• We will send you by e-mail information confirming your preregistration. Print and keep it, because you will need to enclose it to your application for a Grundtvig grant to National Agency.
• Contact your National Agency and ask about action: “Grundtvig in service training for adult education staff”, deadline for application for a grant and all required documents .
• Fill in the application form, you will find it on the website of your National Agency, and enclose confirmation of preregistration and any other documents required by your National Agency.
• If you successfully get a Grundtvig grant you should contact us, as soon as it is possible, to confirm your participation in course.
• After that, we will formally register you as a participant of the course and send you all needed logistic information.
