Details:
Objectives:
• To support youth workers and youth leaders to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions to increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities;
• To analyze each step of a project (preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow up) and develop creative solutions to improve these steps in terms of process and quality results;
• To develop innovative methodologies that increase effective participation of all project-actors involved in youth projects: partners, youngsters, local communities, policymakers, in order to bring these projects closer to the local community and increase their impact;
• To address the question of the link between creativity and innovative entrepreneurship, this last word very often still being taboo in the field of youth work.
Methodology:
The working tools and methods will be based on non formal education principles: exercises, games and group dynamics, in plenary or sub-groups, in which the participants are invited to "produce" the content of the training rather than to "swallow" information.

Costs:
For the YiA programme countries: travel cost are taken in charge by your National Agency, food, accommodation and activity costs taken in charge by the organisers. For participants from the French Speaking Community of Belgium, a participation fee of 30 € is asked, and all other costs are taken in charge by BIJ: local travel, food, accommodation and activity costs.
