“Center for support of women” will apply for the following TC (Training Course) in the frame of the YiA program. The project is aimed to enable the participants to establish stable volunteer programs at youth organisation working in the field of social inclusion (youth with fewer opportunities include. social obstacles, economic obstacles, disability, educational difficulties, cultural differences, health problems, geographical obstacles) in order to improve efficiency, quality and quantity through the use of volunteer management, from program settings to the ultimate success of the program evaluation; enabling these organizations applying volunteer
management system to coordinate the motives of volunteers with the needs of service.
The objectives of the project in detail are:
• to promote and affirm the value of volunteering in social inclusion projects;
• to improve the infrastructure for the volunteer activities, create space for gathering and accepting volunteers;
• to increase the availability of information related to volunteerism and volunteer activities with special focus on social inclusion projects in South Eastern Europe;
• to support the volunteer initiative and public actions that affect the local community;
• to improve cooperation with community representatives (Local government, public institutions and associations) to promote volunteer work in social inclusion projects;
• to promote and implement innovative projects involving volunteers in partnership with other stakeholders in the community;
• to encourage and support the international exchange of volunteers.
If you are working in the respective field (working with local volunteers, involved in EVS, active in social inclusion projects), interested to join the TC and to support the project please send us back the partner agreement by email signed, stamped and scanned (subject/keyword: TC Volunteer Management12). Please make sure that you used the proper version of the partner agreement and filled it correctly Furthermore potential partners are asked to additionally fill the attached “Partner identification form”. Please note: Partners are selected upon the presentation of complete documents and proper description of working field.
