Details:
The seminar is based on the following educational principles:
- Non-formal education – not academic lectures, but practical exercises, group-work and games with a purpose.
- Experience-based learning – we all have experience with leadership from our own lives; no-one is a clean slate/tabula rasa, and the seminar builds on this. Plus, we learn from what we do: learning-by-doing.
- Active participation – you are expected to participate and share your experiences.
- Fun – the seminar is going to be hard-working, playful, serious & fun - being among 50 like-minded participants from all around the world is never boring!
Who can participate
The International Leader Training Seminar is for all young people between the age of 18 to 30. For the internationals who require a VISA in order to get to Denmark, you need to be supported by an organisation in order for you to recieve VISA. Fluent English is required to activly participate in and contribute to the seminar.
Costs:
Price 2100 DKK or 285 EUR Price includes accomodation, food and course materials. We do not offer scholarships to participants.
