About project
Starting point of this training course is an answer for the questions which are asking by the organizations who are working on cultural events. The subjects of the TC are principles and aims of the intercultural learning activities. During the project we are going to aim to intercultural learning and team building with different cultural backgrounds. By the project partners come together, share their experiences and work on case studies.
Aim of the project
To increase the level of quality in youth projects by improving the cultural aspect.
Activities
According to these themes, during the Project, participants are going to make 5 different activities.
1. Discussion topics; Cultural characteristics and cultural backgrounds are going to discuss by the participants. Importance of the cultures and conflict management for these kinds of activities are going to be at the daily program too.
2. Role playing; Simulation activities are going to perform for underst and the differences, live with differences and make cooperation with these differences.
3. Intercultural learning events; participants of the project are going to learn and show different cultures and means of this differences. Also we are going to have sessions to learn more about intercultural learning games.
4. Trips and visits; we are going to make trip to Antique Ephesus. By this trip participants will have a chance to learn more about local culture and history.
5. Relaxing activities; Participants are going to make different funny times.

Reimbursement
The reimbursement will be made according to the rules of Youth Program. 70 % of the travel costs will be reimbursed upon tickets, invoices, boarding passes, etc. We need to receive all original travel proof documents. Please, buy two way tickets.
• The policy of our NA is that taxi costs are not reimbursed. Please, use the public transport and keep all tickets. The travel costs and Visa costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the most economic transport fares and on presentation of the relevant receipts and original tickets.
• Visa costs are the eligible costs.
• All accommodation and food costs will pay by the organizer.
• We are not responsible for the costs of the medical insurance.
• There is no participation fee for the project.
Intercultural dimension
Project language will be in English. Every country will bring materials that would reflect their own cultural properties in the preparation stage. Materials and documents composed of local music, dress, dance, cuisine and tradition will be brought together.
Follow-up and evaluation
It is very important to keep in touch with all the participants after the project. Communication details of all participants will be shared. Before the end of the project, ideas to improve the project collectively and individually will be discussed. A survey will be done for participants on the last day of the project.
