Group size: 2 participants (aged 18-30) per partner
Details:
“Young multipliers for the future of Europe” is a youth democracy project designed and implemented by youngsters for youngsters and held in Lisbon, Portugal. During 6 days, where through role-playing and by using non-formal education methods, 20 youngsters will have the chance to debate, interact and reflect on the several aspects of democracy and their role as citizens. Also, they will have the chance to role-play as if they were executive, judicial and legislative bodies’ members, besides meeting real policy-makers. How to apply to be a partner:

• extra costs that might be associated with participants with fewer
opportunities (e. g. support persons);
• what is your nearest airport and the cost (per person) to reach it from where you live (round trip);
• cost estimation for a round trip ticket between your nearest airport and Lisbon airport A brief description of your organization and how you can contribute to this project (activities, ideas, similar past experiences, etc.);
• name of project coordinator / contact person, direct email address and phone number;
• if you will include people with fewer opportunities in your team,
how many and (IATA code: LIS);
• cost of a visa to come to Portugal (if applicable);
• associated costs to get the visa (e. g. travel costs to embassy) (if applicable);
• a scan of your fully filled part 3 (you can find the template
enclosed, DO NOT USE OUTDATED FORMS) (alternatively, part 3 can also be sent by fax, please mention that in your reply). To be sure your part 3 is correctly filled, please check the attached document.
Costs:
Board, lodging and activities during youth democracy project days (as wellas visa costs, if applicable and requested by the partner) are fully by Co(op)ração - Cooperativa de Solidariedade Social,Crl.
• 70% of total travel costs for the exchange will be reimbursed (up to available budget) after the end of the activity, via bank transfer and only when all airline / travel agency invoices, e-tickets, boarding; passes and other tickets are delivered to Co(op)ração – Cooperativa de Solidariedade Social, Crl;
• There will be a participation fee per participant of 25,00 € that will be deducted from the 30% of the reimbursement.
