Summary:
Leadership through Service is a training course for transformational leadership targeting young leaders in order to enable them to connect with their true passion, intent and inner wisdom, in order to unlock their potential for the good of all.
Target group:
Project managers, Trainers, Young people, Youth leaders, Youth Policy Makers, Youth workers.
For participants from:
Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Albania, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Serbia.
Group size: 24 participants.
Details:
The participants will have the opportunity to:
• Experience practical ways to increase awareness of themselves and others;
• Get to grips with making ethical decisions;
• Discover how to manage their emotions to respond effectively in challenging situations;
• Learn how to match their leadership style to the needs of the moment;
• Learn to lead through speech and to create real dialogue in situation of conflict;
• Develop a key framework for leading in any situation;
• Learn how to motivate a team and themselves to meet the need;
• Consider their vision for positive change in society and how to best serve your community.
Costs:
No participation fee The organizer provides: 100% of food and accommodation and 70% of travel expenses.
Working language: English.
