Details:
Lucca Leadership is a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping young people harness their innate leadership potential, discover their passion and live their vision. The goal is to support and guide young leaders as they develop the skills and confidence to lead effective transformation in their communities.
The participants will have the opportunity to:
• Experience practical ways to increase awareness of themselves and others;
• Get to grips with making ethical decisions;
• Discover how to manage their emotions to respond effectively in challenging situations;
• Learn how to match their leadership style to the needs of the moment;
• Learn to lead through speech and to create real dialogue in situation of conflict;
• Develop a key framework for leading in any situation;
• Learn how to motivate a team and themselves to meet the need;
• Consider their vision for positive change in society and how to best serve your community.
To stimulate the European values by increasing the active participation of young people, strengthening the social bonds, fostering social cohesion by primarily working on the awareness and personal skills of young people. This is achieved by encouraging them to implement social and community projects, thus promoting tolerance and contributing to a peaceful coexistence between different ethnic, religious and cultural groups. This project aims to encourage young people to become actively involved in their communities and realize that they are able to influence and change the present situation of the European society which they are ultimately part of.
Costs:
No participation fee.
The organizer provides:
100% of food and accommodation and 70% of travel expenses, hence you would need to cover only 30% of your travel expenses traveling the cheapest way possible.
