Summary:
Taking a proactive role in your life by discovering what and how you want to learn. This is closely linked to your personal development and to others. This workshop will support you in finding your own way of dealing with these topics.
Target group:
Youth workers, Young people, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Youth Policy Makers, EVS mentors/tutors, This workshop is meant for adult learners that are interested in taking a proactive role in their life and their learning process and want to develop themselves further. Participants may share the outcomes of the training course with their communities.
For participants from: Youth In Action Programme Countries.
Group size: 20 participants.

Leading our way is about learning as a journey. As a way where you can choose a direction to walk towards. Where your choice is an important part of the journey. And on your way, you are not walking alone. You are connected to many other people that are going
with you. Leading the way is about bringing those paths together.
The workshop is about self development that is connected with yourself and your communities. Together we will explore where you are at the moment in your life and where you would like to
be going ? Self discovery. You are connected to people around you and you may be connected to people around you, to a group of
people, that sharing the same values, that are the environment of yourself discovery and self development ? Building community. Me and you and we only exist in the bigger picture of life, so this is another important direction we want to invite you to look at –> Life
awareness. The programme will be the result of our common
journey and we all have the responsibility for it. It will develop during the online preparation process and during the time we will be together in Poland. The programme will be made by all of us (by you, other participants and facilitators) together. Therefore it is blank for now and will be put together during the preparation process that starts in November 2011. Important: This workshop is dedicated to your personal development, not your professional development.
Costs:
The project is financed via the Grundtvig Program. This means as a participant you have no costs in participating in this training course. Travel expenses, food and lodging are covered by the Program.
