The end of 2012 is approaching and InformaGiovani volunteers are working to prepare 2013 edition of the Peace Intercultural Calendar. As we do since few year, we are going to publish an intercultural calendar, reporting religious holidays from several religions from all over the world and the main human rights celebrations. For 2013 edition, we are looking for 12 pictures showing the spirit and the actuality of international volunteering and workcamps. Each picture is to be accompained by a quotation on the same subject (i.e. a picture about environmental work is to be accompained by a quotation on environment and/or sustainable lifestyle).
Prizes
Winners of the contest will be entitled to get a financial contribution (up to 200 euro each) to join an international workcamp in 2013, among those organized by InformaGiovani and its partners in one of the following countries: Italy, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Ucraine, Portugal, Iceland, Armenia, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Hong-Kong.
How to participate
Pictures must be at least 10x15 cm (3,93x5,90 inches) with a resolution of min 250 dpi. They must be send as attach to an email or must be downloadable from the Internet. The sender has to clearly state he/she is the owner/author of the picture and the use of the picture is not covered by copyright. Even if not selected for the Calendar 2013, sent pictures can be used in future for InformaGiovani's printed and/or online publications aimed to promote international/intercultural volunteering. Candidate pictures must be sent by email or linked in an email to be addressed to [email protected]
Deadline
The email is to be sent by the 17th of October 2012.
