Team composition
• 1 Portuguese and 1 international trainer will be under contract with the Portuguese NA (for travel reimbursement & trainer fees);
• 1 international trainer will be under contract with SALTO Inclusion-JINT vzw (for travel reimbursement & trainer fees). = total 3 trainers responsible for the educational process (preparation, methods, evaluation, youthpass process, etc);
• SALTO Inclusion in cooperation with Portuguese NA will be steering the team. Tony Geudens of SALTO Inclusion can also take on some trainer role when needed;
• There will be a local logistics person to help out with the course.
