Time involvement and fees:
Research:
- Research field (desk research - what information or documentation exists already?);
- Draft questionnaires for different specific target groups (e.g. EVS volunteers, EVS organisations, employers, employment agencies. To be specified during the first preparation meeting);
- Supporting NAs on their national stakeholder groups;
- Compiling, analyzing, writing up outcomes;
- Contributing to the report of the project after the international seminar.
3 day international seminar + preparation and follow-up
The selected experts/facilitators are expected to:
• Participate in the two preparation meetings on 28 – 30th January and 2days in August/September 2013;
• Contribute to the research part and the seminar as agreed;
• Contribute to the final report of the activity.
Experts/facilitators will receive a fee of 280,00 EUR per day for 14 days, which is in total 3.920,00 EUR.
Board and lodging during all preparation meetings and the seminar within this project will be provided and travel costs will be reimbursed by the organizers.
All members of the team will receive a total fee of 3920€, but the roles taken on during the project might differ. It is foreseen that the researcher will have a slightly bigger or coordinating role in the research part, and the other two facilitators during the international seminar.
