Details:
The main aim of the training is to provide a comprehensive and contemporary knowledge on the topic of leadership in education and training with emphasis on the methodologies on how to be a good leader.
Objectives of the training
• acquiring basic skills and knowledge on how to be a successful leader;
• developing leadership skills and activities;
• learning techniques and methods on how to lead a group;
• acquiring skills on how to manage a group and a project as well;
• learning how to facilitate a group-facilitation;
• acquiring skills on handling different target groups, individuals, teams in different situations;
• learning how to implement innovative ideas and methods into your institution;
• exchanging ideas and opinion on the intercultural dimension of leadership.
Costs:
The training is a Lifelong Learning Program,Grundtvig in-service training course.Participants need to apply to their national agency(Lifelong Learning Program) for a grant.
