As a result of the integration of the Finance Shared Services of Timberland, we are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic colleagues to join and support our business.

Accountant A/P
As Accountant A/P you are responsible to provide a timely and accurate closing of the A/P sub-ledger and to monthly accrue provisions related to the purchase cycle. On a monthly basis you will also be responsible for the encoding of the dedicated invoices. Your main interactions will be internal, with the supervisor team and the business analysts.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Booking invoices;
• Managing / controlling open item list including processing payment lists;
• Performing different A/P analysis;
• Closing work: prepaid, accruals;
• Prepare VAT declarations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar trough experience.
• First experience in Accounting is required.
• You like working with numbers and have an analytical mind.
• You are accurate and result oriented.
• You are a good planner and organiser and have never missed a deadline.
• You are familiar working with pc and Microsoft office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken as well as written. Any other European language is an asset.

• Retail Cash Allocator Full-time

Retail Cash Allocator
As Retail Cash Allocator you are responsible for daily cash allocation of outlet / retail stores and closing JBA invoices. You are the contact person for Store managers related to cash matters. You will also work in close co-operation with the bank card companies in order to obtain all necessary tools during the start-up phase of new stores.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Cash allocation of Outlet /Retail Stores for UK, Scando, Switzerland and France;
• Matching of cash collections through software tool (Blackline);
• Organize JBA postings of allocated cash;
• Contact Bank Card companies & payment card providers for Belgium, the Netherlands and UK;
• Follow up and harmonize costs for POS collections;
• Send collection documents to the bank (e.g. cheques and drafts).

Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree in finance area;
• Experience with cash allocation in banking environment is an asset;
• You have an analytical mindset;
• You have strong and effective communication skills;
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel);
• Experience with AS400 is an asset;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken as well as written. Any other European language is an asset.
