• Finance Inhouse Systems Coordinator Full-time

Finance In-house Systems Coordinator
As Finance In-house System Coordinator you will work on a project basis on accounting systems issues. For this you need to listen to the needs of your internal client and look for a matching solution within the area of IT systems and vice versa. In short you are responsible for synchronizing the accounting language and the IT systems language.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain multiple software, such as Arco & MobileXpense processes: setup of users and companies; helpdesk support to users;
• Organize security admin for different Finance in house applications, including MobileXpense and Arco (VSEC);
• Organize booking Outlet/Retail and settlement discounts;
• Reflect invoices and credit notes from Arco to JBA (AS400);
• Execute Business Practices Reporting (SOX);
• Maintenance & uploads of GL balances into Blackline (GL reconciliation tool);
• Uploads of retail stores data into Blackline for matching with daily invoicing.

Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree in finance with strong interest in IT systems and vice versa;
• Experience in a similar role is an asset;
• You think logical and have an analytical mindset;
• You have strong and effective communication skills;
• You are problem solver and customer service minded;
• You are able to work under stress;
• You are a PC wizard and have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access);
• Experience with AS400 and Arco is required;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken as well as written. Any other European language is an asset.

• European VAT Accountant Full-time

European VAT Accountant
As European VAT Accountant you are responsible for the VAT and other indirect tax compliance. You are the contact person for Business Analysts, Supervisors and others on the matter of indirect tax. You will also look for continuous improvement of tax related processes.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure compliance of VAT and other indirect taxes regulations such as Intrastat, Fiche-obligation;
• Ensure VAT and other declarations are filed timely;
• Reconcile declarations with the ERP-system;
• Assistance in the preparation of VAT audits and other questions from tax authorities;
• Assistance in business driven projects like e-invoicing;
• Assistance in organizing internal workshops on tax related topics;
• Provide guidance to other departments on various topics;
• Look for continuous improvement on efficiency and accuracy of the indirect tax cycle.

Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree in finance area or similar trough experience;
• Experience with an advisory role is an asset;
• You are a problem solver and have an analytical mindset;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You are customer service minded;
• You have excellent Microsoft office knowledge ( especially Excel);
• Experience with AS400 is an asset;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken as well as written. Any other European language is an asset.
