Allowances
All expenses relevant to the preparatory meetings and training seminars (travel, board and lodging) will be covered by the coordination team.
Senior trainers
The senior trainers are fully responsible, together with the coordination team, for the content and methodology of the project. The allowance for this task amounts to 125,- EUR per day and sums up to 1.375,- EUR for the introductory seminar (8 seminar days, 2 preparation days, 1 post-processing day – all days on site) respectively 1.125,- EUR for the intermediate and final seminars (6 seminar days, 2 preparation days, 1 postprocessing day – all days on site). These fees include the involvement in the e-learning phase of the project.
Junior trainer
The junior trainer will support the trainers and coordinators team in their tasks and have all their costs covered during the seminar phases of the project. There will also be a complementary allowance for all these tasks of 600,- EUR
Team composition
Creative Youth is looking for trainers who, together with the International team, the coordination group and the local groups hosting the presential seminars, will prepare, implement and evaluate the training course. The team of trainers will develop methodological guidelines, a learning strategy and an adapted working programme based on the principles of non formal learning, including the support to the participants projects’ development and implementation as well as e-learning learning and follow up process.
