Call for Participants in special camps.

During summer 2013 a list of special youth exchanges will take place in Italy, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Croatia
For summer 2013 IG foresees the implementation of 5 Trilateral Youth Exchanges between the months of June and August in Croatia, Estonia, Iceland, Italy and Latvia and will involve different groups of young people Projects will involve young people between 18-25 (where specifically mentioned, also minors can be involved).
They will have to provide parenthal authorization before the departure, scanned, signed together with the copy of the parent signing.
Participants will join international activities and as according with each project description and will carry on volunteering activities on different issues.
For each project it is stated the country and therefore the nationals involved and admitted to participate.
Financial conditions
For all the YE the travel reimbursement foreseen is up to 50%, and also up to 300 euros for tickets.
Financial reimbursement will be given through bank transfer only after having received ALL documents related with travel cost ( boarding passes, receipts, bus ticket, metro ticket, train ticket, etc) in original.
Once in the project, participants will have accommodation, food and insurance provided by the Project.
How to apply
Participants will have to fill the attached YE application form wich you can download it from this link and send it filled with all your datas to selections@ informa-giovani.org clearly stating the YE chosen, before the 12th of June. ONLY FOR ICELAND, THE DEADLINE IS 8TH OF JUNE
IG staff will make selections and will notify all chosen participants as soon as possible.
After that date participants will receive info sheet and will be allowed to book tickets and send their bookings as a proof of their confirmation of attendance.
They will be then required to keep all travel costs invoices and receipts from the coming and return tickets and to send it to the IG office. Lack of receipts or boarding passes will mean less travel reimbursement.

CROATIA – Youth week in Croatia

Short description:
Work: The participants are expected to help in organization of the Youth week: environmental activities, cultural workshops and with organization of the concerts/rock evenings with the local youth of Kaštela: such as construction of the stage and associated objects, concert preparation.
The free days will be on 3rd, 4th and 12th of August. The working hours are more or less six per day, 10 till 13 in the morning and 17 till 20 in the afternoon, expect on the evenings of the rock concerts working hours are from 18 till 24 h including the breaks.
