Summary:
More than ever it is necessary to accompany women and men towards common business goals : a new project, a structural change, successful integration...With this tool, you will get inside you all necessary resources to go ahead in your next challenge!
Target group:
Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, teachers, adult eductors, school managers... Because projects funded by Grundtvig focus on Adult Education in general, the target group of Grundtvig projects is large and you cannot be sure to meet (mainly) youth workers and leaders at this course!
For participants from: Youth in Action Programme Countries.
Group size: 8-16 participants
Details:
Objectives of the training course
• set up a new project;
• reorganize its structure (in governance or human resources);
• be part of a team or integrate new members in a team;
• develop new activity;
• are many situations in which it is important to create a cohesive team to achieve goals.
Laughter with no reason is a good pedagological tool group to gain confidence, energize a group and develop a cooperative work in teams.
Methodology:
The educational approach of this training is deeply committed to non-formal education, as well as the values that these methodologies are based. The training process will start with an assessment of the actual needs of Organizations. Throughout the process we will seek to complement the theoretical exposition with practical exercises, group dynamics and group work. Most sessions will be interactive and with a practical focus, allowing that the participants learning by doing – experiential learning.
Costs:
This training course is fully funded by the European Commission thanks to the Grundtvig programme part of the wider Lifelong Learning Programme which include: travel expenses, accommodation, food, tuition fee and materials. To obtain this Grant, apply at your national agency before the 17th September 2013.
