• Manage the development, coordination and implementation of corporate knowledge-sharing activities concerning Replenishment-related activities within IFAD. Work with COM to articulate a communications strategy and make recommendations as necessary.
• Lead and supervise assigned work teams, including guidance to other staff, consultants and interns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Education and Experience:

• Advanced university degree in finance, accounting, economics or other related field.
• At least eight years of professional experience in resource mobilization and management preferably in international organizations, public or private foundations or institutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis methodologies and good understanding of resources planning, monitoring and reporting.

Technical/Functional Competencies:
• Results-oriented team contributor:Demonstrated ability to formulate new approaches in respect of resources management.
• Innovative and analytical thinker:Capacity to analyse complex financial models and develop programmes, operations, methods and strategies that are innovative and meet mutual goals of IFAD and its partners; Ability to perform comprehensive risk analysis and financial engineering in order to make projections and forecasts for future activities.
• Strategic thinker:Ability to recognise strategic economic opportunities for successful resource management and provide expert advice to senior management for solution of complex resource management issues.
• Team-worker: Ability to work across institutional boundaries with various teams.

Languages and Other Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to set out a coherent analysis in presentations.
• Working knowledge of another IFAD language (Arabic; French; or Spanish) would be an asset.
• Strong diplomatic and communication skills and the ability to develop a close and effective working relationship with client and counterparts at the appropriate levels, demonstrated by a track record of developing and sustaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to represent IFAD in international fora.

Other Information
