Neighboring Countries participants – the selection will be done by the Romanian National Agency until 25th of February 2014. The Romanian NA reserve the rights to support additional participants from the program countries as well, if the case.
Costs:
Costs for food, accommodation, working rooms, transfer from the airport and facilitators are covered by the Romanian National Agency as hosting NA. Travel costs will covered by the National Agency of the Program Participant Countries. If you are selected please contact your NA in order to arrange your transportation. Participants from Neighboring Countries:- Romanian NA covers the costs for visa, transport from origin country to Romania and return, food, accommodation, working rooms and facilitators. The participants are requested to advance the visa and international transportation costs and will be reimbursed after the event. Full documents will be requested for reimbursement (invoices, boarding cards, etc).
