Summary: “GO ON! Training course on outdoor education and experiential learning methods for inclusion”, will bring 32 youth workers together from 8 partner Country. Last minute call only for 4 participants from Italy.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, EVS mentors/tutors, Be aged between 18 and 35; Be in good physical shape; Have proven personal and organizational interest in this training; Be willing to continue cooperation after the training; Be fully available during the whole training course (meaning 8 days and travel)

Group size: 4 participants
Details:
30 participants from Italy, Georgia, Belgium, Greece, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine and Armenia will go through an experiential learning circle in order to get a practical knowledge for themselves so that they can use it in their daily work with young people. Through this way, they will work
around empowering their skills in using outdoor methodologies and experiential learning styles, but also to work together, get to know each others culture better and so promote a better understanding between each other, practicing citizenship at the same time.
The programme foresees 2 days working on leadership and self-estime, 3 days hicking trip and then reflection and follow-up for new projects.
The training is based on "learning-by-doing" methodology.
Costs:
During the project your accommodation, food and all the other project-related expenses is covered by European Commission Youth in Action program.
You will be reimbursed 70% of your travel costs from your home city to Tbilisi and back.
A fee of 30€ is foreseen.
